Description:
The 1kb DNA ladder is dissolved in storage and loading buffer , which is a convenient ready-to-load format, and can be directly applied onto an agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. The DNA Ladder contains the following 10 discrete fragments(in base pairs): 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10000bp. The recommended volume for each lane is 5µL, and the amount of 2000bp and 5000 are about 100ng/5µL (the demonstration bright fragment), and the other each fragment is about 50ng/5µL.
