The 20bp DNA Ladder is dissolved in storage and loading buffer , which is a convenient ready-to-load format, and can be directly applied onto an agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. The DNA Ladder contains the following 13 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 240, 260, 280, 300.The recommended volume for each lane is 2-5µL, and the amount of 100b and 200bp are about 100ng/5µL (the demonstration bright fragment) , and the other each fragment is about 50ng/5µL.
